The selections on this CD are taken from talks John Main gave to the early meditation groups in Montreal.  He presents meditation in the context of Christian faith and emphasizes the simplicity and discipline of the practice. His teaching is not limited by race, language, age, gender or even creed.  This is because his teaching on prayer harmonizes directly with the mystery of Christ in who there is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male or female.  In Christ our differences are transformed into a single inclusive unity.
