These talks dwell on three aspects of love – loving ourselves, loving others and loving God.

Laurence Freeman says it is love that divinises us:  ‘Everyone who loves is a child of God and knows God, but the unloving know nothing of God; for God is love.’ (1 Jn 7-8). Learning to love ourselves goes hand In hand with learning to love others, and teaches us how to love God.

Meditation, he says, is a way of love. The regular, faithful discipline gradually leads us to love ourselves, others and God.
