Advent Four Day Silent Retreat

Advent four-day silent retreat: 12-15 November. Beginning Thursday 12 November at 4pm and finishing at 2pm on Sunday 15 November. Led by Lydia Dyhin.

At Santhom Grove, (formerly Pallotti College) 80 Mcnamaras Rd, Yarra Junction Victoria 3799

‘Our Pilgrimage towards Unity’

We have been given the gift of being — an invitation to embark upon and nurture a sacred pilgrimage toward unity with the Divine. During this silent retreat, we will explore how each aspect of this gift, our Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit can align with that which is already present within-the unifying presence of Love and Light. The silence will give us space and freedom to be with ourselves, to listen to our inner guidance and allow that Presence to emerge more fully. We will nourish or inner world with our attention, inner curiosity and care to be able to emerge with a greater understanding and awareness of how we can express this newly embodied Unity in the world and share it with others.

“At the end, if any end exists, unity flowers in silence, the kind of silence we taste in meditation. Unity is self-repairing, boundless; there is no limit to it. As unity becomes more conscious, we learn to live better with the contradictions, conflicts and sufferings of the dualistic world made by the dualistic mind. We see this world in the experience of non-duality and its brokenness becomes an opportunity of grace to serve others, to heal, to love.”  First Light, Laurence Freeman
